Turner offered to print 100 copies @ $44.95 each; 300 copies @ $26.95, a 40 percent discount.( Note: 2,500 copies were printed in the limited edition (1992- ? ). $4,000 has been paid. (The book will be available Nov 11, 2004); the $4,000 balance is due Nov 1, 2004.
